Most people train their GPTs on business content.

I trained mine on me.

I built a custom GPT called Co-CEO over a year ago.

It knows everything about Infodash.

Core values. ICP definitions. Org chart. 2026 strategic plan. Revenue objectives. Monthly finance deck. Everything.

Every month I update the stuff that changes.

It's been a solid thought partner for over a year.

But something was missing.

It didn't know me.

A real co-CEO would understand how I think, communicate, and make decisions.

Like a long-time executive assistant.

So I fixed it.

I compiled every personality assessment I've taken over the years.

Culture Index. Predictive Index. Myers Briggs. Enneagram. Working Genius. DISC. Positive Intelligence.

Seven total.

I had AI analyze them all, flag conflicts, and ask me clarifying questions.

The output? Teds Personality.md.

My entire personality has been distilled down to a single markdown file.

I uploaded it and adjusted the custom instructions.

The difference is remarkable.

I now have a thought partner who knows my business AND how I operate.

I use it to pressure test ideas, brainstorm solutions, and sanity check decisions.

If you're building custom GPTs for work, don't skip this step.

The tool should know your business.

It should also know you.
