CEO and co-founder of Infodash. Host of Legal Innovation Spotlight.
I've spent 20+ years in legal technology, including time at Microsoft. Today I'm CEO and co-founder of Infodash, a legal tech platform built natively on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure. More than one-third of the AmLaw 200 runs on it for intranet, extranet, enterprise search, and AI enablement, all inside the firm's own tenant.
Who I work with
Law firm leaders. COOs, CIOs, IT directors, and knowledge management and innovation professionals modernizing their firm's intranet, extranet, document collaboration, and search, and building a legal AI strategy on the firm's own data instead of someone else's.
Corporate legal leaders. General counsel, chief legal officers, and legal operations teams who want a single view across their panel law firms, with the client in control of the data.
What I believe
Own the skill, rent the model. Durable AI capability lives in your data, workflows, and people. Models are interchangeable. Skills compound.
The billable hour is more than a pricing model. It's an operating system. Once you see that, most of what does and doesn't get adopted in legal starts to make sense.
Outside of work
I'm in St. Louis, where my wife Chelsea and I own five Burn Boot Camp locations. I cook, spend time with my family and smoke meat.
