Conference session review is a tedious process.

Instead, I had Cowork do everything for me.

I gave it a link to the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) speaker application page and a very simple prompt.

It pulled every session, created a spreadsheet, and populated a row for each one.

Then it flagged the sessions that match my background.

It even wrote a narrative column explaining how my experience aligns to each topic.

96 sessions.

Analyzed, categorized, and matched.

Faster than you can make a cup of coffee.

Instead of reading dozens of session descriptions that aren't a fit, I can focus my attention on the ones that are.

This isn't about being lazy.

It's about redirecting time toward work that actually matters.

Figuring out what sessions to apply for used to be a pain.

Now it's a three-minute conversation with an AI agent.

This is a very trivial example but might be enough to inspire some thought.
