A few things jumped out during the mapping:

Delta B is the KM room all week. If knowledge and skills are your priority, you barely need to move.

Tuesday at 2:00 PM is the worst conflict of the week. Two data-layer sessions run head to head.

Thursday afternoon is where "redesign the work" concentrates. Four of six sessions land in the final two blocks. Don't book an early flight home.
